  • Inadequate sleep and over excretion of body also leads to greater stress levels. Have a sound sleep of minimum 6-8 hours to keep stress away.

Medically stress raises levels of stress hormones(cortisol and cortisone) which causes a hormonal imbalance. Any process which speeds up your aging process will also speed up your hair loss. With the above explanation, you might have come to know that stress and hair loss are very much interrelated. Keeping stress away will help you to fight with hair loss from stress in a better way.
